We are very excited that you are interested in visiting our camp and see it as being beneficial for all parties involved. It is, however, important that we remind you of very specific recruiting criteria that must be abided by due to NCAA rules. Please note that these are only general guidelines. To find out more detailed information please consult the NCAA or your university compliance officer.

Only rising high school seniors (i.e. those who will graduate in May or June of 2006), their parents, and high school coaches can participate. College coaches may not contact a prospect until the completion of all of the prospect’s races and until after the junior coach has released them. Even if the junior coach says they don’t mind if their athlete talks to college coaches before the completion of races, the rule still stands. Please make sure that not only are the junior events over but that the junior athlete is not still to race in an intermediate, senior, or elite event.

No contacts are allowed until after the completion of racing on the final day of the regatta, thus no contacts with the athletes are permissible until Sunday. Coaches please remember that you can’t have more than three coaches off campus recruiting at the same time and that recruiting brochures and other printed material can only be given to rising seniors.
